How it all started?
Imagine some of the most powerful speakers of our time. Who do they reach? Now imagine a powerful program, filled with motivational and reality based content that connects with the minds of every employee. Vision a message, tailored to service, leadership and engaging behaviors, positioned to foster self-accountability and understanding while connecting with “the very core” of human value such as family, happiness and life balance. Now Imagine Q-Principle!

Q-Principle is a people company that takes learning far beyond the walls of a business, by connecting audiences with what truly matters in life; values, code of honor, self-respect, performance and winning.
How do we do it?
The “Self Discovered Learning” approach (Lesson Plan Introduction)
Self Discovered Learning is a formation of interactive programs. The content is blended with the reality of people’s experiences through the introduction of “self-challenging” content, implemented with interactive material, creating the drive for motive, reason, and change.
Q-Principle applies real time materials such as stories, events, videos, studies and research data while delivering each segment to connect the lesson plan with the reality of each participant. The message applies not only to the individual professional development, but takes the audience far beyond of the walls of a business. The program challenges the audience to challenge themselves to apply the learned content as well at home and with their friends and families. The concept is fun and reward driven by providing every employee and manager with support, motive and the feeling of success, achievement and accomplishment. The target of our programs concentrates on the engagement and behavioral reality of associates by taking a typical service approach and modifying it to a personal and engaging point of contact when dealing with co-workers, guests and family alike
The “Theater of Reality” (Improv Learning) (Lesson Plan Introduction)
This ‘Improv acting program’ can be thought of as a “driving range” of behavioral engagement between people. Our professional actors are using the Improv approach by creating “in the moment” scenarios with obstacles and difficulties, while the staff has to act quickly and overcome each challenge just like in real life. Using the Improv application alone will do very little for the participants as the workshops need to focus on behavioral realities of service, leadership and confidence. With that, Q-Principle modified the more commonly known comedy Improv model and kept the core of the Improv exercises, by surrounding the games with two critical elements to connect improv with business realities.
1. “Introduction” - A content related story the audience can relate to (not necessarily industry specific);
2. “Application” - An exercise to coach behaviors and reactions, while mastering the identified situation;
3. “Explanation” - The tie in of the learned content into the world of the participants (work and personal)
This fosters quick thinking, instant decision making abilities, enhanced social skills, better conflict resolution skills, effective reasoning skills and provides participants with the practice they need to re-enact the learned behavior immediately after completion of the course. This could be a special request, a co-worker conflict, a difficult situation, a complaint, a conflict, or a self-inflicted negative emotional feeling. We also focus on communication, problem solving, image, body language, and facial expression by guiding participants through an abbreviated professional acting class. People generally love to learn but don’t like being told. This approach eliminates the “telling” part, and puts the audience in the center of the program. People learn when having fun.
“Skill Set Specific Learning” (Lesson Plan Introduction)
This learning approach encompasses all 4 corners of learning while focusing on results. The skill specific brand standards of any job application are broken down in individual steps and then divided into an individual activity breakdown. Each activity breakdown is then segmented into a 4 step system. (Hear, - Watch, - Practice, - Connect)
People learn differently and by applying this fun and effective lesson plan, all elements of learning are captured to the point where the participants have to showcase the task at hand while getting coached through the routine. This fosters an equal skill set understanding for the entire group and with that, allows raising the overall consistency and performance quality of a team.
The “Culture”
Q-Principle is known for its innovative design in cultural development systems, where the design stage begins by identifying desired results first, then creates the take away materials and sustainability systems and at last gets into the lesson plan content design. By designing programs backwards, the desired result indicators are always in sight and each lesson plan can be modeled to specifically target requested results and objectives. By blending the above mentioned learning methods into a seamless authentic seminar experience, the overall culture of a business will flourish and grow. The learning platform is centered on two major elements, service realities and modern leadership, but not limited to hospitality alone. This “Blended Learning” process will impact any company where people are the resource for success
Q-Principle is highly specialized in the field of employee-client interaction by implementing service education programs which are real and motive driven to every manager and employee. Q-Principle is approaching the educational outline of customer service interaction by separating the foundation in two major phases. The first phase speaks to the development of technical and knowledge driven performance of managers and employees, while the second phase concentrates on the emotional connection and engagement quality between people. Q-Principle applies technology-based materials such as Power-Point, Video and Face-To-Face workshops to provide interactive seminars, tailored to speak to the reality of the ones being taught to connect, share, and inspire for lasting results.
